Yes we can. The cost of delivery will be added to your order. In certain countries you may have to pay import duty or other taxes: we recommend that you check before ordering, as we cannot accept any liability for such charges.
Our watches may be ordered and paid for direct from our website, or by telephone or email. We welcome payment by most debit or credit cards or bank transfer.
A 90 days guarantee of satisfaction and 1year warranty applies to our watches. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your watch within 14 days of delivery, we will replace it or give you a full refund, less delivery charges. Watches must be returned in new and unused condition and we will deduct from any refund or credit an appropriate amount in respect of any damage, wear and tear.

Currently, any product you buy has a specific date of delivery. So it is easy to know when you will get the product you purchased, if at all there is any delay Micserah will communicate to you earlier before the delivery day.
2 weeks after placing an order on Micserah you will receive an automated email asking you to go leave feedback. Simply fill in the feedback in your email (there is no need to log in to the website). If you don’t receive an email, you can leave feedback at the bottom of every product as long as you are signed in on our site.
